Okay, you could have owned Juno for the last
month and made at least a buck a share, closer
to $1.50 if your timing was very good.

The ten year bond has come back to where
it should be on a timescale of weeks to
months. It probably will rise further,
say, to 5% by summer.

Real estate is very hot market. My folks went to
Florida and it is insane down there. They gave me
the numbers on permits in the Fort Meyers area--
boomtimes.

Stocks...I had thought that Vertex might make a good
daytrading vehicle, and see that I missed another trip
from around 8 1/2 to 9 1/2--it is back down to $9 right
now. I'm a lousy daytrader, but there has to be a way
to make money hour by hour in that one. A little hairy
holding it overnight however...although you wonder if
they are a buyout canditdate.
