Still, I'm never truly happy when 100K disappears, even if it is only on paper.

Seriously, however, although it is difficult to take losses, if you have a plan, and you think that you have sold per the plan and are buying low for the future, it's hard to get excited about paper losses if you plan to hold the same shares you bought long ago.

It's hard for me not to see the lowered prices as opportunities.
