Visx annual report 10K, page 7: "VISX also has information that certain users of licensed Summit systems have discovered a way to 'disconnect' their card reading mechanisms, thus effectively allowing them to treat patients without purchasing cards from Summit."

This would help explain the drop in PPP revenues from Summit.
