As I mentioned on the parallel SI thread for POKR, my understanding is that the share conversion is priced at .73. However, I don't know WHEN this happens, i.e. at the time the merger occurs vs. when the IPO is formalized. If all goes well, the IPO is scheduled for 10/99. Otherwise it will probably come out in the first quarter of 2000 since IPOs are avoided during the holiday season.
