I guess the question is, "who isn't doing bill presentment?" I have a feeling that Citi is helping push Netscape into this area, going by the last Citi/Netscape agreement. Citi knows they need a bill presentment pipeline, and may try to use Netscape to accomplish this. IMO Netscape has a lot of problems, this will add to them.
