What if Covid was blown out of proportions to enable businesses that were in danger to be bailed out under the guise of affected by Covid-19? Companies that were in trouble BEFORE covid may size the opportunity to be bailed out. One idea was to make an abracadabra with Covid, the people swallow it, and the smart ones pocket the citizens' money while they’re looking to Covid's numbers.
