Looks like a smart move right now dealer.... 11:36 ET TYC falls under $10; off 22% on the day 9.99 -2.82: 10:53 ET Tyco getting hit again (TYC) 11.50 -1.31: -- Update -- Stock weak despite the strong tape, prompting much speculation about the reason for the selling; we're not hearing of any one specific factor, but some of the speculation includes: followthrough selling after Goldman's cautious comments yesterday, unconfirmed talk of a 10 mln block for sale, and general talk about executive departures and accounting concerns. 10:18 ET TYC continues slide; off 7.5% this morning : Stock was hit yesterday after Goldman Sachs changed rating to Not Rated from Rec. List to reflect concern over a new/renewed SEC investigation.
