Very sharp Steve.

My 2c.

1) The problem the way I see it (whatever the manifestation), is too many Yens (the autumn liquidity flood). I think at least partially the Chairman Al's interest rate reductions could be seen as steps to parry (go with the blow g) the incoming Y liquidity. Or am I incorrecly assuming, Japan is bigger than for instance states of RI or DE g?.

2) Erope does suck up more bonds than previously: the world market (the wholesalers) went from cca 35% in DM to 50 in Euro lately.

3) The problem is still how the politician-sans will solve the problem of bad loans / stinking banking sector without resorting to inflation and without having to fall on their swords

In the mean time let me just say I am AWED by the US performance. My portfolio has a solid green colour
