WM, <<Gone to get a loan>> I assume your comment is in jest. Although the chart shows a bottom, the fundamentals are still 50/50 if that. It's nothing more than a gamble at this stage IMO. IMO never borrow money to gamble. However, if that's your inclination, good luck.
