Pipick: Insiders often sell large stakes to outsiders who have deep pockets and can bring direction, money, connections and managerial talents that are so vital to a young company that needs those assets in order to develop. They will get that from this investment by Nichimen Corp. These big corporations don't invest in junk, they are diligent investors.
