I don't know what you're challenging. The shoe bombing did occur in Dec'01 and that WAS while the country was still reeling from the 9/11 attacks and it WAS before the government had had time to implement its security measures.

So, I guess you're lying. (Really? CJ lies? Who knew?)

I did not make such a claim. I thought the context was clear. "We weren't having these attacks...". That references MULTIPLE attacks.

But it is beside the point, which is that GWB got terrorism under control. Indisputable. We were not having routine attacks on American soil once GWB got the security measures in place.

Now, since Obama's election, we've had three.

It is not a coincidence.
