Unpopular with whom, the majority of Republican politicians who criticized him viciously whenever he took any military action, the "no violence" fringe that always regrets military action, or ordinary Americans who would have clearly understood if he'd used his amazing communication skills to justify necessary actions. The truth is that after 9/11 we've been unable to "get" Bin Ladin. Why is that? It's job #1 according to "dead or alive" Bush. We have a huge amount more in resources devoted to the job, we have men on the ground, we have 3000 more compelling reasons. If Clinton "did NOTHING" and therefor Bin Ladin survived, what have the Bush people done with ALL OF THE RESOURCES of this country available? Did Clinton really do "NOTHING?" Do you understand the concept of fairness in applying standards to judge performances? Have you ever listened to right wing rhetoric without nodding your head automatically?
