Class Action Lawsuit??!!!!

The people have spoken. Within a few days we should have the final results of the Florida recount. The candidates should abide by these.

If either candidate, their campaign manager and their staff chooses to rake our democratic process through the mud through an extended court case, they must be held personally accountable and be prepared for the consequences.

I propose that the offending candidate, his campaign manager and his political party be held accountable for any losses in the US stock market using Thursday's close (already i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt) as a benchmark. This responsibility should include the personal assets of the offending presidential candidate, his campaign manager and his staff.

There must be consequences for raking the country through the mud. Comments welcome as well as recommendations for a firm willing to take on this case.
