I held a Naz stock earlier this year that filed Chapter 11. After they un-halted the security and traded it with a Q on the end, there was some incredible volatility in the stock on huge volume. It got as low as $0.375 and as high as $1.75. Their story was that they had had yet to receive the DIP financing. Eventually they did, but the news didn't move the stock. This company had other issues with fraudulant FCC filings and delayed SEC financial statement filings. The stock became de-listed and traded (still does, I believe) on the pink sheets. In comparison, SAU's story is much cleaner, but I'm not rushing in for more shares just yet. Remember though, even if the shares become worthless, it doesn't mean the price won't at least double from here during a short-term fluctuation. Of course, if AMEX de-lists them, I don't know what to make of it.
