Low employment means employers will eventually have to pay more to attract skilled workers. Along the way minimum wage increases will be lobbied and passed. This is not good for the bottom line. See how many companies cut their work forces to meet earnings? Hiring more to increase production comes at a cost - any economic downturn will adversely affect the company, more so than if they remained the same size.

"Ther are no signs hinting to it going down" - what do you consider signs? Many companies have large Asian exposure, and some report cancelled/delayed orders. Being in the global economy, no one country is independent from another.

"People are putting there money in the place where everything is doing good, the stock market" Why? You've already answered the question. Bonds and other investment vehicles are too unattractive right now. Even real estate prices is depressed versus historical standards. People are literally mortgaging their houses to play the stocks. This in itself tells me the market is going up on demand for stocks, not because of the fundamentals being better than the last year.

Here's the Etrade question again - when you trade, do you find the orders execute quickly? Because of the nature of the stocks that you pursue, it's a totally different ball game. I was wondering if Etrade gives you executions on those stocks that you deem adequate.
