Some very interesting items in 10K, both plus and minus. On the plus side (very big plus) - the company plans to introduce a video portal this year - a single web site from which video content produced by the company and others can be accessed by those with high bandwidth. On the minus - the company is not well capitalized and received NASDAQ notification on this. It subsequently received additional financing. I would not mind a secondary at this or higher levels as it would raise needed cash to fuel growth.
