Why would O.T. turn away a request by a large company to get a "foot in the door" ($5,000,000) and proceed to raise money via smaller investors? I took a pass on their recent PP because this really troubled me. I still have my "core" O.T. stock holdings; but my decision not to grab about 8000 shares at the PP price of $3.50 sure looks wrong at this point.
