Dom, I have not reviewed any documents filed with the SEC. All I can say is as far as that stuff goes, Cabot doesn't seem to feel anything is wrong with the company. They are in personal contact with PRST and have been in the business for 26 years. They have practically staked their reputation on the long term success of PRST. Of course, anything is possible, but I'm confident this company will be great for a long time. As for the additional shares, I think they want to go from an allowance of 25 million shares to 75 million shares so that they can authorize a 3 for 1 split, not to dilute the shares outstanding by 50 million. I think that is right, anyone else have any knowledge on that. Cabot has been saying for some time that they will probably split 3 for 1 this summer. Jim
