Well up until today I like E-SCHWAB! During the past month I've made over 30 trades with them in my IRA account. Today I WAS SCREWED ROYALLY!

I placed an order to buy 400 shares @ market for MCIC. This was when it was trading @ a little over 27. OVER Twenty minutes later, when the stock is HALTED, I get an ordered canceled!! I call, and they explain that since the market was moving fast, by the time the order hits the market I had insufficient buying power.

My GRIPE?? The do not contact me until the security has been HALTED. I cannot place a new order for 398 shares, that I had the BP for, or whatever it was. So instead of getting 398. I get 0.

Just by coincidence, guess who a market maker is?? That's right good old schwab himself. Seem like they wanted to keep the shares I order in their MM inventory!

Again, I feel like SCHWAB STOLE MY SHARES!! I HOPE THIS FIRM GOES UNDER! IM TRANSFERRING MY ACCOUNT ASAP!! LET SCHWAB KEEP THOSE SHARES! IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME THEY STEAL FROM ME!!

GO TO ANYBODY BUT SCHWAB!!! Not only do NYSE trades get traded in the third market, I have yet to see a price improvement, except when the stock had actually traded in the opposite direction!

The FILLS are the WORST! I'M MAD. And I hope everyone chooses another broker. I know, I will.
