You probably have now read the release. Apparently Envirogen attracted a lot of investors when they first acquired Fluid Management Operations Group and since that acquisition (as now stated) is not expected to provide the growth that was expected, my guess is that those investors have left. I'm not an expert on Envirogen, but it appears the company is restructuring and the new CEO hopefully will be able to reestablish a sustainable growth.
