jmt, Fred Luke the CEO of NUOA is a member of NuVen Advisors. I'm not sure of his ownership in the organization but, I'm sure it is substantial if not complete. Ken can you help me out here to answer jmt's question. The filing will state that NuVen Advisors intends to purchase up to 50 million shares, no one knows at this point how many they will actually purchase. Should NUOA distribute FXWA shares to its shareholders in the future NuVen Advisors by buying NUOA stock could corner a large percentage of that distribution. Ted
