Paging Network Says 10-K Is Further Delayed DALLAS -(Dow Jones)- Paging Network Inc. (PAGE) said it was not able to make its Securities and Exchange Commission 10-K filing with 1999 audited financial results by April 14 as previously expected. In a press release Monday, the company said it will make the filing and release 1999 audited results "as soon as possible" later this month. Paging Network previously said it would miss the March 30 deadline due to its pending merger with Arch Communications Group Inc. (APGR) and its new billing system.
