Further update from last post. Summary: nothing new.

Just called Mr. Bateman and learned that the LAST well at Kentucy is indeed well #5, which has been drilled but not yet tied in to the other 4 producing wells. With five wells, program will be complete with production of 1 MMfc/d, yielding DYX Cdn$18,000/month.

DYX may or may not participate in the summer drilling program near the same area, depending on availability of funds. Mr. Bateman indicated that they may have to pass on this program due to lack of cash.

Good winter in the oil patch is expected, which should benefit Dynamix as well as Fastway. They are starting to get projects/contracts lined up for the winter season.

A real estate deal was in the works but Bateman says it probably will not materialize. He also expressed that the deal would have strayed from the company's focus and strengths anyway.

Bateman expects that by Spring 2000, things should be in order (company should be out of the red, everything paid off, etc.).

You can contact Bob Bateman at Fastway Exploration (Dynamix Corp's wholly-owned subsidiary) at 403-243-8777.
