Dont invest now either because with your desire for low gas prices, our oil dependency will grow as no one will have the incentive to carry the water. This is exactly where we left off when you called for socialism in giving the US govt the prime role for finding/discovering new sources of energy. Or perhaps you can be first on line in DC with your new business idea--thousands of illegals passing buckets of water to colorado shale areas. There you go--you kill two birds with one stone John.
