Volatility indexes are at record highs TODAY with heavy put buying. Markets do not go down when everyone is betting for such. Everyone is worried about Clinton and Brazil and rates and Asia and has sold. There will be another buying stampede on the ORCL and INTC news. Damn I wish I had picked up some ORCL. Looks like a rising triple bottom on the intraday charts. Triple bottoms are supposedly the strongest signals. Dollar now devaluing which should act as another rate cut along with lower commodity prices and low Treasuries. Mkts setting up nicely to climb a wall of worry. Good luck all.
