global strafe FL, great pics. i have seen the "hose" up close and personal...but from a c-47. impressive site at night. hell of a sound too. kind of a sweet hum...even Buckley would approve. fit right in with his Wagnerian music. you are aging yourself with c-119 pics. that was the bird at jump school in 1962. doubt if any have flown much since the 60's. the first 5 times i ever flew on an airplane was c-119...was a few years later before i got to land in one. uw thanks for the pics and thanks for the pm....i owe 21 thank you's for PMs... think about this...i know you...you know me. awesome group here....just awesome. :o)
