Scumbria, You are missing the point. Only if you are as well, since I said your answer made the most sense (the % of die theory). <G> I was, however, pointing out that I don't know what our legal system allows. It may be different than what makes the most sense to us laypeople. And I always have Semico's $600M to $800M estimate to fall asleep to at night. <G> Dave
