The reason I'm being so nitpicky about time is to see whether the market's already reacted to the news. I think LCOS said it was taking itself out of the running on Monday (definitely Tuesday), so it's already factored into the stock price. I otherwise agree with your analysis. I went back and checked the date and time...It was the 29th at 2:51PM PDT. That still is not very timely for a news alert...however content is still relevant---LCOS now, and also YHOO out of the picture for sure for NSCP deal.......Leaves two realistic players still.... In terms of stock price SEEK is the better priced.
