The Cyber Group Network Corp. Announces Plans For
Global Standardization of Computer Theft Prevention
Device

COLTON, Calif--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2000--The Cyber Group Network Corp. (OTCBB:CGPN - news) Tuesday
announced plans to incorporate a hardware and software device that can be installed in computers worldwide with the current
code name of ``The C-4 Chip.''

This chip will be able to locate missing and stolen computers or other devices globally within 5 feet of their location, and will be
distributed under The Cyber Group Network Corp subsidiary CyberCrimeCorp.

As the result of recent publicized cases, The Cyber Group Network Corp. has decided to announce its new product in advance
even though it had been under R&D.

The introduction of ``The C-4 Chip'' is a result to reports of ``Two missing hard drives containing nuclear secrets which
disappeared from a highly secure vault at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico'' -- Associated Press, as well as
stolen FBI and British Intelligence computers which still remain un-retrieved.

Upon discovery of missing and/or stolen computers, CGN consumers will be able to call a toll-free number, 24 hours a day,
seven days a week in more than 20 countries to report their stolen or misplaced computers that are stationary or in transit (i.e.
via car, train or air).

The victim will be provided with the following four specific options:

1) Continue tracking the computer.

2) Track the stolen unit and retrieve information off the hard

drive in certain areas without being connected to any hard line.

3) Track the system and destroy the hard drive, and the

motherboard.

4) Notify authorities.

This patent-pending technology is being manufactured and developed at a remote, top-secret location identified as ``Area 74.''
The anticipated distribution period of the company's new technology is the 1st quarter, 2001. CGN plans to form alliances with
leading computer manufactures such as Dell, Compaq, IBM, and Apple, the company's goal is to standardize its device in
computers worldwide.

In addition, existing computer owners will also be able to purchase the hardware and software for an estimated street price of
$99.95.

A spokesperson for CGN noted, ``With this technology, we can guarantee 99.9% that all information stored on your hardrive is
secure. Our aim is to make this detection device affordable to everyone, and to allow consumers at every level (personal, or
professional) to better guard classified and restricted files that are being invaded by Hi-Tech Hustlers.''

The Cyber Group Network Corp. (thecybergroup.net) is a technology company with the three main goals of computer security
technology, patent and patent pending public Internet access devices and acquisitions of other Internet and communications
companies to expand its technological resources.
