From a trading viewpoint, this looks like a good pick. Whether or not they are for sale isn't even open for debate; they are for sale, period. Assuming they do have 1 billion in the bank and given the rise in earnings, the huge profit potential their existing customer base would represent to would-be suitors, $15 cash would be rock bottom -- stock swap more likely. Would the folks who ran this company into the ground be on the chopping block? That's most likely the main source of resistence to a takeover, IMO. As for me, I think I'll get in at least in time for the inevitable CEO bounce, maybe Chainsaw Al has a brother.
