I'm sure there are lots of possible reasons, any convincing ones?>> If your NOK, ERICY, CSCO or whoever, why go to the trouble and expense to throw your weak-ass bid out there in Aug or Sept when Jaws is swimming in the vicinity. I think they are waiting for LU to show their hand (or to see if LU is in fact interested), then make a decision about what to do. This may be especially true in terms of CSCO. jww
