I think they need to convert all of these users to NW 4.xx, while adding new customers at a record rate , that is the key to beat MSFT. Adding new customers while losing old customers to MSFT is like you are busy fighting a war at the front line while your own house is being burnt by the enemy. Sorry if I don't make sense, but I am quite frustrated.
