New York, New York, Jul. 06, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- NorAm
Gaming & Entertainment Co., announced that the company has secured the services
of a U.S. based e-commerce company to handle all of the financial transactions
relating to the operation of the interactive gaming site that will be licensed
to non profit and charitable organizations.
 
NorAm has arranged for NetPro, Ltd., of Florida, to provide merchant account
services on behalf of the organizations that will be operating the web site
under license from NorAm.
 
According to NorAm C.E.O., George C. Zilba, "The agreement with NetPro gets us
one giant step closer to our goal of launching the site before the end of Summer
2000.

"As referenced in our last release dated June 22, 2000, our software provider
Global Gaming has made great strides toward the completion of the changes
dictated by the results of the Beta Test and we expect a complete wrap up of the
software package by the end of July."
 
According to company sources, additional areas involving the operation of the
web site, such as the licensing agreement between NorAm and the charter
non-profit operator, the contract for the purchase of the necessary hardware and
the securing of a web host to handle the site's daily traffic are all under way
and progressing very well.
