Mish ...for the long term that is pretty much what I am looking at. We should be headed back down now towards the October lows. I expect the retracement to be fairly deep and quick but I do not expect new lows here. The retracement should last into late Nov or early Dec and right now I am favoring the latter. Most of the remainder of Dec I see as choppy with an upward bias but we also won't be going as high as we just did. The Nov 6th high is possibly the high for the year with the Oct 10th low being the low for the year. I too suspect the decline will again pick up in January with that portion of the decline being the real meat that will literally rip the market from the inside out. Next low should not be until June 2003 for now and it likely won't be anywhere near these levels.
