The 11/8 high/low that Armstrong is tracking may actually be the high/low in treasuries - not the equity markets. Maybe in the past it so happened that the when the equity markets hit a high, treasuries hit a low on the same dates he tracks. This time it is a little off in the stocks but absolutely correct on the treasuries. We will see...
