You question VASO going straight up to 4 and staying there without filling the gap somewhere between 2.5 and 3. Checking back to May 20th 1996,Vaso closed at 1 7/8.On June 14th (18 trading day's later) Vaso hit a high of 4 5/16.There are a lot more trading day's between now and Nov.11th. IMHO 4 is on the low side!
