Minor note, the "minimum standards" for backups in a business should use a 3-2-1 ideology.

A minimum of 3 backups, on at least 2 different media, with 1 copy always off site-in the case a disaster recovery would be required.

Individual requirements vary, so each has to decide the importance and cost factors of additional backup availability and off site rotation obligations.

If you know of any business who is not doing this, I highly recommend this very simple approach to data safety and recovery.
