HI Larry. Since you've got copies of MOU, etc., what can you share about SMG agreement? Since TMM says it's so & SMG acknowledges it via their web site, what is the SMG commitment from both sides? Should be some info that can be shared publicly. Terms of the agreement? Compensation from TMM to SMG is what? From a quantiative standpoint, how can the efforts of SMG in the interest of TMM be reported, quantified, assessed? Looking for something more finite than "We're working on it." <g> Thanks for your anticipated response. good luck and success.
