Under Bush AQ's ability to get money was decapitated. That's not to say it was ALL cut off because you can't do that. So, Bush fought it economically.
Bullshit. The number one thing you can do to fight terrorism financially is to get the US to become oil independent. Bush was ideologically opposed to oil independence. Hell, we all know he was in bed with the oil companies whether you guys choose to believe it or not. I know, because I grew up in Texas. There was no doubt among any of us who the Bush's were and who there allegiance was to.

Agreed and Obama has never, not once, talked nice to terrorists. He has a more subtle approach. He's trying to win the hearts and minds of the broader population of Muslims, while trying to isolate the terrorists and fight them militarily. But will it work? I think Obama has too much faith in the broader Muslim population. I hope he's right, but as I've posted before, I think there is a fundamental flaw in that religion that makes it close to impossible, until they modernize their religion.
