It has come to my attention that some people still think that I said that Kugler and Tonto were responsible for the apparent burglary of Zappara's office in CA. This is not true, and I never meant for them to be implicated or implied. The fact is, I and a few others know who removed the objects from the offices, and it was not a burglary. Even though Zappara claimed it was at the time. The person or person that removed said objects did so when in the guidelines of the law and no charges were ever filed against them. Once again, Tonto and Kugler were not involved in this event and all the BS about it should cease NOW! RG 718-331-1960 PS. So should all the other BS about lawsuits against nays. But the nays must stop saying that myself and other shareholders were in on or part of the RMIL scam! The time has come to bury the past differences and work to go after the real crooks at hand. Case Closed!
