Your point appeared to be that we've tried so many times to regulate campaign finance, when the fact is that we haven't -- only once in decades -- and in the same period, there's been a lot of work on deregulating campaign finance. It doesn't really sound like it's been tried a zillion times and failed. And that's because it hasn't. -Z
