John they were on notice Friday, and elected not to have representation, They could call for a rehearing, but it will be a last ditch attempt... I still cannot reveal the evidence we presented but Jack and CVIAs lawyer knows, thats probably why they didnt show up today. The election is set up for the 19th but there are some other things we are going to do first to make sure its "not influenced". KAA
