It's okay now. On the last 2 reboots, the Jabra GN 5035 held as the default sound and recording choice. I've had this computer for 5 days now and my main criticism is that the Java Dell installed only worked on IE and not on Firefox. It would just hang on Firefox. I had to do an off line installation of Sun's Java to get it to work on Firefox. Also, it takes about 20 seconds once the machine boots up to get connected wirelessly. On my Fujitsu Lifebook, it connects instantly. My Plantronics USB 550 headset froze Vista. I had to take the battery out. I got this HP 6980 wireless networking printer from Newegg.com: newegg.com Impressive.
