Hi MATT! Great post for my Traders.doc file! Your "trade blotter" and how it improved your batting average interests me. Could you expand on this technique a little bit? If that's something you don't want to talk about i would understand that too. One of the things i would like to know is how you in reality record the trin and tick? Especially the tick is so volatile that writing it down a minute or two later can change things quiet a bit. So are you using e.g. moving averages on the tick and trin to get a clearer picture of the trend in these indicators or do you just try religiously dot them down every 30min? And another question would be if you think this technique is also useful for position trades using like a reading every 60 minutes? Any comments are appreciated!! Stefan
