PeakSoft Announces PeakStore Grand Opening
Online commerce expansion of company's web site expected to generate new revenue opportunities by offering customers top Internet-enhancing applications, texts and tips
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998-- PeakSoft Corporation (ASE:PKT)(OTC BB:PEAFF-pending), a pioneer in the development of Internet research and communication technology, today announced the grand opening of the PeakStore, the online commerce section of the company's web site located at peak.com.
The PeakStore combines Internet-based marketing promotion and state-of-the-art electronic-commerce product fulfillment systems to market a complementary line of Internet-enhancing applications from PeakSoft (PeakJet(tm), JetEffects(tm), NetMagnet(tm)) and partner companies such as Software Builders International (NetZIP(R)). Additional software products that improve an Internet user's experience are under evaluation, and will be added to the PeakStore inventory in the next several weeks.
In its ''Better Browsing BookShelf,'' the PeakStore will also feature selected Internet-related book titles offered in association with Amazon.com.
