Dear Mad2: At the closing price my service shows TYC TRAILING PE of 18. Current year PE substantially lower based upon latest estimates of earnings. Cash flow pretty good. Company has stated that they likely will no longer do Pooling of Interests acquisitions as falling out of favor and may be disallowed in future, so they plan on cash acquisitions in the future. Fallen price only intensifies that. Personally, I prefer the cash route as not detrimental to earnings. JDN
