Al, <<Are the Options in the 1989 and 1995 plans split adjusted? From the 1989 plan, there since has been 3 splits. A 2 for 3 (before the IPO) 2 for 1 (in 1997) and 3 for 2 (just in Feb '98). >> All these numbers should have been restated for any splits, and I assume that they did this correctly. The options outstanding numbers from the proxy and the 10-K are quite consistent at around 5 million shares (a little more for the 10-K) post-split. Peter
