Generalizing like that based on an experience with a few doctors (who may have even been right, since even a bad doctor knows more about medicine than you and I probably do) is like saying all people are bad because there are crackheads or all dogs are bad because there are pit bulls or all baseball teams are bad just because there are the Detroit Tigers. I don't live in LA but I go there fairly often and I personally know several doctors out there. They are some of the finest people and most qualified and dedicated professionals I have ever met. I am sure that there are some doctors who aren't good as well.
