I know a guy who went to Haiti on a help them thing. They wipe their asses with rocks. They get sick they take rocks to the hospital and dump them into the toilets. That plugged the sewage line so raw sewage went into their drinking water. The guy was going to dig up the line and fix it but no digging equipment in the country.
