IDSI Expands International Distribution Network to 20 Additional Countries

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 28, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., ( IMDS ), announced that it has signed distribution agreements for 20 additional countries. The CT Laser Mammography (CTLM)(R) system was recently featured at two major trade exhibits: The Arab Health Meeting in Dubai and the European Congress of Radiology in Vienna. During these events, IDSI concluded negotiations to expand country coverage under their global commercialization program.

The countries added were Palestine, Jordan, Iran, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia in the Middle East/N. Africa Region and Portugal, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Ukraine and Byelorussia in the European Region. The Middle East/N. Africa Region is served by a hub in Ankara, Turkey, and includes existing distributors in Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The European Region includes distributors in Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.

Mr. Janusz Ostrowski, Vice President International Sales, commented, "Commercialization of the revolutionary CTLM laser breast imaging system is accelerating as a result of excellent reception at recent medical exhibitions. Over 85 people attended our Laser Mammography seminar in Vienna. Having established luminary research and reference relationships in the served areas has helped doctors and patients understand the importance of a device designed to reduce unnecessary and traumatic breast biopsies. With China anchoring our Asia Region, we are building the capability to cover all significant global markets. Of course, there is much more to accomplish this year."

The CTLM(R) system is the first patented breast imaging system that utilizes state-of the-art laser technology and patented algorithms to create 3-D cross-sectional images of the breast. It is a non-invasive, painless examination that does not expose the patient to radiation or require breast compression. Imaging Diagnostic Systems has received CE Marking, CMDCAS (Canada), Canadian License, China SFDA approval, UL listing, ISO 9001:2000- 13488 certification and FDA export certification for its CT Laser Breast Imaging system. The Company is seeking PreMarket Approval (PMA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its CTLM(R) system to be used as an adjunct to mammography.
